Cement Australia is seeking a talented and motivated Graduate to join our Technical Services team. As a Graduate, you will have the opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge in a dynamic and supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support research and development of new products to ensure our customers have fit for purpose products in line with carbon roadmaps.
  • Assist with solving technical problems with the team and contribute to the development of innovative solutions.
  • Develop an understanding of our portfolio of bulk products and how they perform in concrete, compliance, and interchangeability.
Requirements
  • Currently studying or have completed a Degree in Materials Science, including but not limited to Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, and Civil Engineering.
  • Experience working in a team environment and autonomously when required.
  • Ability to build rapport and great relationships with a wide variety of people.
  • Resilient, tenacious, and enjoy solving complex problems.
  • Positive attitude, love of learning, and willingness to tackle whatever comes your way.
  • High level of attention to detail.
  • Ability to travel for work.
  • Good time management skills with the ability to prioritize.
