As a product delivery leader, you will help transform our home delivery tech stack to improve ecommerce fulfillment and customer experience through the Unified Last Mile program of work.

This role offers a unique opportunity to innovate last mile delivery, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and influence business decisions. You will work at the forefront of operations, driving strategic initiatives and enhancing customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the delivery of key workstreams within the Unified Last Mile Transformation Program.
  • Define requirements for future Last Mile system functionalities.
  • Own and drive product components end-to-end.
  • Deliver against strategic roadmap milestones.
