Solutions Engineering Leadership Role

This pivotal position plays a crucial role in overseeing the JAPAC Solutions Engineering team, ensuring its effectiveness and alignment with overall business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Direct alignment to Sales Leadership in the region.
  • Educate customer executives & installers on products, programs, promotions, pricing and sales campaigns.
  • Design solutions that range from physical deployment and recommendations to best practices and Network Security requirements/bandwidth.
  • Work closely with product management to assist in regional localisation and technical product adoption.
  • Lead budgeting and planning conversations with Finance and Sales Strategy Leadership.

Mentor and develop a team of JAPAC Solutions Engineers, including individual contributors and people managers.

Assist engineers in closing complex transactions through executive-level relationships with partners and the sales team.

Liaise between the Solutions Engineering and Sales teams.

Regular travel required, estimated to be more than 50% of the time, including domestic and international destinations as needed.
