About the Role

NHP is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Electrical Sales Specialist to join our Sales team in QLD. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing and supporting an existing customer base from Redcliffe to Bundaberg.

Key accountabilities include:

  • Developing and maintaining strong relationships with nominated customers to grow the breadth of NHP products within their branches.
  • Maintaining close contact with customers to create a strong NHP branding presence.
  • Facilitating and coordinating all activities associated with project-related work.
  • Ensuring CRM is updated regularly to reflect activities and current information on contact details and opportunity pipeline.
  • Partnering with Business Development Representatives to assist and further develop sales target levels within the assigned territory/region.
  • Managing and facilitating all training and promotional events.

Technical training and support will be provided.

We are looking for a dynamic and adaptive individual who is passionate about what we do and has the willingness and capability to 'get their head around' the technical side of the role.

  • Ability to 'listen to the customer', 'read a room' and translate needs into business solutions.
