The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to navigate complex issues and provide timely resolutions. You will also have prior experience working in a contact centre environment, preferably with knowledge of CRM software.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Manage customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with professionalism and efficiency.
