About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Client Site Support Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our technical support team, you will be responsible for providing top-notch support to our clients on-site.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical hardware and software support to clients in their offices
  • Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to computer hardware, software, and connectivity
  • Communicate complex technical solutions to clients in a clear and concise manner
  • Provide one-on-one training to clients as needed
  • Work closely with engineers and technicians to resolve complex issues
Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience in providing end-user support for PC desktops and application software
  • CompTIA A+ and Net+ certifications or equivalent experience
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Able to sit for prolonged periods and perform physical activities such as lifting heavy equipment
