Job Description

We offer a unique opportunity for someone who is passionate about working with children and providing them with the best possible care. As a childcare professional, you will be responsible for providing customer-focused service to children and their parents, following Standard Operating Procedures, and ensuring children's physical safety at all times.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Set up and maintain a clean and safe environment for children to play and learn
  • Provide engaging activities for children and encourage their social and emotional development
  • Build strong relationships with children and their families, understanding their needs and preferences
  • Work collaboratively with other staff members to provide a seamless and enjoyable experience for children
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in childcare and early childhood education

About You

To succeed in this role, you will need to have previous experience in childcare, be trustworthy and reliable, and have a passion for providing a safe, caring, and fun environment for children. You must also possess excellent communication skills, be able to work well under pressure, and be committed to ongoing learning and development.

Requirements

  • Experience in childcare
  • Current Queensland Blue Card for child-related employment
  • First Aid and CPR certification
  • Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care (or willingness to obtain)
