Job Description

This is a permanent, part-time opportunity to work in the Outside School Hours Care industry. You will be supported every step of the way by a Director of Service, ensuring you have everything you need to thrive in your role.

The role involves working across split shifts, Monday to Friday:

  • BSC: 6:30am-9:00am
  • ASC: 2:15pm-6:00pm

You will be a key leader in delivering high-quality care and creating memorable experiences for the children in our service.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Ideal candidates will have previous experience working in Before and After School Care or education. However, this is not essential - we can train you.

Candidates should thrive in a fast-paced environment, be confident communicators with children, parents, team members, and school principals, and possess excellent problem-solving skills and a positive attitude.

A Diploma qualification (equivalent or working towards it) as per ACECQA standards is required.
