About the Role

We're seeking a talented and ambitious Graduate Civil Engineer to join our high-performing team of engineers, designers, and drafters who share a passion for digital delivery.

  • As a Graduate Civil Engineer, you'll work on delivering projects across a diverse range of infrastructure and development projects.

This role offers a unique opportunity to work with cutting-edge technologies and develop your skills in civil design software such as Civil 3D, 12d, and AutoCAD.

Key Responsibilities:
  • You will understand urban development principles, particularly related to site planning and servicing.
  • You will have the ability to work across multiple, interrelated disciplines such as infrastructure layout, earthworks design, pavements, and stormwater drainage.
  • Familiarity with site grading and level design is also required.
  • You will have basic knowledge of sewer and water reticulation.
  • Exposure to or willingness to learn civil design software is essential.
  • You will understand construction documentation and civil deliverables (plans, specifications, schedules).
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to apply engineering judgement to real-world design constraints are necessary.
  • You will be comfortable collaborating with other disciplines (structural, architectural, geotechnical).
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills for client interaction and design reporting are also required.
