Job Description

You will play a pivotal role in shaping the regulatory landscape of our organization.

  • We are seeking an experienced professional to develop and implement robust compliance monitoring and enforcement processes.
  • The successful candidate will lead the provision of levies services through effective management of high-risk and complex matters.
  • Key responsibilities include providing strategic oversight to the reporting of regulatory outcomes and operations, ensuring adherence to legislative requirements.
  • Additionally, you will support the review and development of frameworks, tools, systems, and processes to ensure continuous quality improvement in regulatory functions.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • Leadership experience in a contemporary enforcement function, with ability to drive improvement.
  • Knowledge and experience in developing risk-based enforcement programs, with ability to use data analytics and behavioural economics to drive decisions.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with ability to adapt communication style depending on the audience.
