The Geelong Region is gearing up for a festive season like no other, and we need your help to make it happen. As a Christmas Casual at our store, you'll be part of a dynamic team that's passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and creating an unforgettable shopping experience.

About the Role

We're looking for someone who shares our enthusiasm for providing top-notch service and going above and beyond to meet our customers' needs. Whether it's helping them find their perfect kicks or ensuring our shelves are always stocked, every shift brings new opportunities to shine.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Creating a standout experience for every customer - making it memorable
  • Supporting your team to smash sales and KPI goals
  • Keeping stock moving – receiving, restocking, and keeping shelves full
  • Picking and packing click & dispatch orders
  • Keeping the store looking fresh and tidy
  • Bringing good vibes and a team-first attitude every shift
Requirements

We're looking for someone with:

  • Full availability from October 2024 to mid-January 2025, including weekends, late nights, Boxing Day, New Year's Eve and New Year's Day
  • Retail experience is great, but not a must
  • Passion for sneakers, streetwear, and delivering outstanding customer service
  • Love the hustle of a fast-paced team environment
  • Self-motivated and goal-driven
  • Open to learning, feedback, and being your best
