Lead the Magic of Christmas

This is a unique opportunity to join our team as a Christmas Experience Team Leader.

In this role, you will be responsible for leading and motivating your team to deliver unforgettable visitor experiences.

You will manage daily operations, rosters, and workflow to ensure that everything runs smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leading and motivating your team to achieve exceptional results
  • Managing daily operations, including rosters and workflow
  • Welcoming families and creating a joyful atmosphere
  • Bringing energy and positivity to the team even on the busiest days
  • Leading by example and demonstrating warmth, professionalism, and festive flair
  • Overseeing POS operations, processing, and packaging visitor prints and photo packages with care and attention to detail

Requirements:

  • A leader who inspires and supports their team members
  • Great communication skills and the ability to work with people of all ages
  • Organizational skills, adaptability, and the ability to remain calm under pressure
  • A strong communicator who thrives in a team environment
  • Focused on delivering positive experiences for visitors and team members alike
  • Must have or be willing to obtain a Working with Children's Clearance
