Job Summary

HammondCare is seeking an experienced Clinical Care Manager to join our team at Horsley. As a Clinical Care Manager, you will play a key role in delivering HammondCare's Mission and Model of care by making a significant contribution to the clinical care delivery in the Residential setting.

Key Responsibilities
  • Advise Managers, SDAs/RNs, and Care Staff on clinical care delivery aligned with HammondCare's model of care
  • Education in clinical areas and processes, and assist in the facilitation of clinical care delivery by Carers
  • Support and investigate clinical/resident incidents as required
Requirements
  • RN qualified and current registration with AHPRA
  • Excellent computer skills, including Microsoft Office applications
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively with other staff
  • Demonstrated ability to manage, motivate, and develop a team
  • Demonstrated ability to manage financial performance
  • Experience managing a team of skilled professionals
  • Empathy, compassion, and patience
