Early Learning Educator

Active Recruitment is seeking an Early Learning Educator to contribute to a vibrant, secular Early Learning Centre attached to a K-12 co-educational school. This innovative setting promotes growth and learning for children aged 3-5 in a unique bilingual environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work shifts between 7am and 6pm
- Encourage children to explore the world through a second language (Mandarin) while fostering a love of learning
- Actively participate in staff meetings to discuss the needs of families and students
- Lead the planning and documentation of children's learning experiences
- Ensure compliance with the National Quality Framework and Workplace Health and Safety (WHS) standards
Requirements:
- A relevant qualification: ACECQA-recognized Certificate III or Diploma in Early Education & Care
- Fluency in Mandarin and a strong understanding of Chinese culture
- Hands-on experience in the ELC sector
- Current certifications in First Aid, Anaphylaxis, and Emergency Asthma Management
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with solid IT proficiency
