Lead a Retail Team in Our Dairy Department

The role of the Dairy Manager is to lead and develop a team of retail professionals in a fast-paced environment. This opportunity involves:

  • Full accountability for the day-to-day running of the dairy department.
  • Leading, coaching and developing the Dairy team to hit and exceed KPIs while driving engagement and delivering excellent customer service and quality.

You will be responsible for:

  • Maintaining excellent department standards, including stock management, rotation routines, waste control and quality assurance.
