As a Centre Leader, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality education and care to children. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about creating a positive centre culture and leading a skilled and motivated team.

About the Role

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is looking to take on a leadership position in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. You will have the chance to develop and implement strategies to maintain a positive centre culture, recruit and train staff, and monitor and improve centre operations.

We are seeking an experienced and qualified individual who has a Bachelor or Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care (or ACECQA recognised) and extensive knowledge of the EYLF and NQS. You should also have experience in staff development and leadership, as well as first aid/CPR and Working with Children Check.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a centre to deliver high-quality education and care.
  • Develop and implement strategies to maintain a positive centre culture.
  • Recruit, train, and develop a skilled and motivated team.
  • Monitor and improve centre operations to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
Requirements
  • Bachelor or Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care (or ACECQA recognised).
  • Experience in staff development and leadership.
  • First Aid/CPR and Working with Children Check.
  • Unlimited work rights in Australia.
  • Extensive knowledge of the EYLF and NQS.
  • Ability to develop a Quality Improvement Plan (QIP).
