Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Occupational Therapist to join our multidisciplinary team.

This is an exciting opportunity for the right individual to make a meaningful impact in the lives of our participants, improving their independence, access, development, health, and wellbeing.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage an allocated caseload, delivering timely therapeutic services that meet individual participant needs.
  • Assess participants' developmental, cognitive, emotional, psychological, and physical function through clinical observations and standardised assessments.
  • Interpret findings to formulate treatment goals unique to each participant.
  • Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions to enhance quality of life and achieve participant goals.
  • Mentor and nurture early career clinicians.
  • Ensure compliance with current legislation and guidelines.
Requirements:
  • Current registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) as an Occupational Therapist.
  • Excellent time management and organisational skills to manage a varied caseload.
  • A proactive attitude and commitment to ongoing professional development.
  • Experience in mentoring and supervising other Occupational Therapists.
  • A genuine passion for working in the disability sector.
