About the Role

As an Occupational Therapist, your primary focus will be on assisting participants to achieve their full potential through various therapeutic interventions.

  • You will assess participants' emotional, psychological, cognitive, developmental and physical level of function and capacity to perform daily living activities.
  • Your findings will inform the development of personalized treatment plans, designed to promote independence and overall well-being.
Key Responsibilities

The role of an Occupational Therapist is varied and ranges from paediatric play-based sessions to assistive technology or home modifications to improve accessibility. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Collaborating with our multidisciplinary team to provide comprehensive care and support.
  • Participating in professional development and receiving regular supervision to ensure best practice.
  • Engaging in ongoing learning and development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess:

  • Current registration with AHPRA as an Occupational Therapist.
  • A passion for working collaboratively within a team environment.
