Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Category Strategy professional to lead our Homecare business in the ANZ region. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving category growth and operational excellence.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute category growth strategies aligned with our business objectives.
  • Lead customer engagement and development of customer-specific category plans.
  • Voice of the category and customer, connecting JBP and IBP processes.
  • Deliver current and future shelf ambitions enabled by shopper insights and analytics.
  • Own retailer assortment optimization, NRM Lever 2/3.
  • Define and execute national innovation plans and launch strategies.
  • Ensure alignment to category value drivers and category growth stories.
  • Deliver strategically aligned commercial plans in market.
  • Lead half-yearly business reviews.
  • Own and deliver pricing and promo strategies.
  • Deploy core capabilities required to win by customer and channel.
  • Develop direct reports to perform at Category Operations Manager level.

About You:

  • You have 4+ years of business experience, preferably cross-functional with customer-facing and category experience.
  • You possess a robust understanding of category and shopper tools; Nielsen, Kantar, Richmix, Space Planning.
  • You have strong business acumen and understanding of P&L management.
  • You have previous experience developing category growth strategies, shopper, and shelf insight development.
  • You have an innovation mindset, portfolio management, and understanding of delivering market-making innovation.
  • You possess strong influencing capability and emotional intelligence.
  • You are committed to delivering results with accountability and responsibility.
