About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate Homecare Worker to join our team in the Eastern Suburbs. As a Homecare Worker, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our clients by providing personal care and support in their own homes.

Daily Responsibilities Include:

  • Personal care: Assisting with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
  • Medication management: Supporting clients with their medication regimen.
  • Meal preparation: Preparing nutritious meals for our clients.
  • Social support: Providing companionship and social interaction to our clients.
  • Transport to appointments: Accompanying clients to medical appointments and other engagements.
  • Light domestic assistance: Performing light household tasks to ensure our clients' homes remain safe and comfortable.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Previous experience working in the mental health sector.
  • A Certificate III in Individual Support or similar qualification.
  • The Covid-19 vaccine is recommended but not mandatory.
