Job Description:We are seeking a highly motivated and engaging individual to join our team as a Night Reception Host. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating a welcoming environment for all guests, responding to inquiries with local advice and recommendations, managing efficient check-ins and check-outs, and offering vital information to ensure a pleasant stay.
This role involves working closely with the front desk team to resolve any guest concerns or disputes, escalating them to management when necessary.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, and have previous experience in front desk reception and customer service in an accommodation setting. They will also have flexibility for night shifts, weekends, and public holidays, and hold full Australian working rights with no restrictions.
