About This Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced technical professional to join our team as a Technical Account Manager ANZ. In this role, you will be responsible for leading technical discovery and implementation with our commercial, public safety, and government customers across the Australia & New Zealand region.

Key Responsibilities

You will be responsible for:

  • Understanding customer requirements and demonstrating the features of the Skydio product lines to win deals and expand existing accounts.
  • Playing a key role between our product and sales teams to understand customer requirements and help to build new features based on customer feedback gathered from the field.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you must have:

  • Ability to travel 50% of the time.
  • Extensive experience in UAS.
  • CASA Remote Pilot Licence preferred.
  • Strong verbal and written English communication skills.
