Security Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Security Operations Manager to oversee our security operations and drive business growth.

Job Description
  • Oversight of day-to-day security operations, including performing Cash In Transit services, ensuring compliance with security protocols and regulatory requirements.
  • Implementation and monitoring of safety protocols to ensure the security of personnel, clients, and assets.
  • Optimization of operational efficiency by managing costs while maintaining service quality across locations.
  • Supervision of a small team of security officers, providing hands-on leadership to ensure compliance with industry standards and company policies.
Key Responsibilities
  • Identifying and capitalizing on business opportunities within the region to expand the client base and increase market share.
  • Fostering relationships with existing clients and exploring opportunities to cross-sell additional Protective Security solutions.
  • Conducting market research to identify potential clients and service gaps, aligning business development strategies with regional market demands.
  • Participating in tenders and proposals, targeting large contracts such as government, hospitals, retail, transport, hospitality, accommodation, and commercial sites.
Requirements
  • Proven leadership: Experience managing multi-site security operations, including Cash In Transit services.
  • Business growth mindset: Demonstrated success in identifying business opportunities, driving revenue growth, and expanding client portfolios.
  • Operational expertise: Strong understanding of security regulations and compliance standards.
  • Client relationship management: Ability to maintain and grow long-term client relationships, ensuring satisfaction and service retention.
