The Nimbus Health Occupational Therapy Graduate Program is a 12-month structured program aimed at strengthening your confidence and consolidating your clinical knowledge.
You will provide services to elderly clients receiving funding through Home Care Packages, Short Term Restorative Care, the Commonwealth Home Support Programme and the NDIS.
Key Responsibilities:- Deliver high-quality services utilising clinical reasoning and evidence-based practice.
- Continuously review current processes for improvements and update our team wiki with best practices.
- Work and communicate with patient care teams including allied health professionals and care advisers at leading organisations.
- Prepare training materials for organisations we work closely with.
We are looking for candidates who genuinely care about our clients' experiences.
- Bachelor Degree in Occupational Therapy or equivalent qualification.
- Full registration as an occupational therapist by the start of the program.
- A valid Australian driver's license and regular access to a car.
- A positive attitude and strong desire to make a difference.
- Based in Melbourne, Adelaide, or Queensland.
