Airborne Solutions Procurement Specialist

Aerospace Procurement RoleWe are seeking an experienced Purchasing Officer Airborne Solutions to join our team. This role will be responsible for procurement of aeronautical and commercial products to support national airborne operations.
Key Responsibilities:- Procurement Activities: Conduct procurement activities using business ERP systems in accordance with approved procedures.
- Cost Control Strategies: Ensure procurement activities are carried out to maximise operational support underpinned with cost control strategies.
- Aircraft Defect and Stock Material Requisitions: Action aircraft defect and stock material requisitions through to delivery.
- Supplier Performance Monitoring: Monitor and manage supplier delivery performance including quality and cost control.
- Invoice Clearance: Clearing goods inward rejections and invoice queries.
- Logistics Expertise: You have some serious logistics mojo whether you've earned your stripes with a Certificate II in Logistics or you've been navigating the supply chain seas for at least a year.
- ERP Systems Proficiency: You're comfortable working through digital landscapes, placing orders, crunching invoices, and keeping our inventory in check.
- Learning Aptitude: You're always ready for takeoff when it comes to learning Your enthusiasm for growth is sky-high, and you're eager to reach new altitudes in your career.
