Urgent Care Service Director

Required Skills and Qualifications- Ledership: You must be able to lead and develop urgent care services that meet community needs.
- Expert Clinical Services: Provide expert clinical services including participation in after-hours and weekend rosters.
- Strategic Planning: Drive service improvement, clinical governance, and evidence-based research to strengthen patient outcomes.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve patient care and outcomes.
- Foster a culture of safety and quality within the urgent care team.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to achieve shared goals.
