ROLE OVERVIEW...

As the Store Manager, you will take charge of guiding, supporting, and inspiring the Team Members in your outlet. Your responsibilities will include training on exceptional customer service, conveying the company's strategic goals, and providing coaching on personal growth, merchandising, and operational standards.

Your key responsibilities will encompass:

  • Establishing and executing sales strategies
  • Ensuring that Sales and Margin objectives are achieved and surpassed
  • Adhering to all Work, Health and Safety Policies, Procedures, and initiatives, while actively promoting a safe working environment
  • Overseeing inventory levels, stock movement, and loss prevention
  • Managing Team performance, development, and engagement
  • Processing orders for both residential and trade clients; in-store, via email, and over the phone
  • Training, mentoring, and coaching Team Members on delivering outstanding product knowledge and continuous sales improvement

  • Prior experience as a Store Manager
  • Relevant industry experience (flooring, hardware, building, bathroom ware, or similar) is highly valued
  • Experience in business development

  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding team sales targets
  • Excellent communication skills at all levels with the ability to engage others
  • Strong leadership and coaching capabilities
