Regional Sales and Business Growth Specialist

**Job Description:**
We are looking for a results-driven sales professional to join our team and develop and execute sales strategies that drive business growth and meet targets.
Main Objectives:
- To develop and implement effective sales plans that deliver business growth and meet sales targets.
- To build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers and identify new business opportunities.
- To conduct product demonstrations and provide technical support to customers.
- To present regular sales reports to management.
- To participate in industry events and trade shows to promote products and services.

Requirements:
- Proven sales experience and track record of achieving sales targets.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with customers.
