We are seeking a Finance Officer who can drive financial success in our organisation. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for processing financial transactions, managing credit card and travel expenses, supporting internal budget tracking and reporting, monitoring cash flow, and providing financial insights.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process financial transactions across accounts payable and receivable with accuracy and efficiency.
  • Manage and reconcile credit card and travel expenses to ensure compliance and minimize losses.
  • Support the development and implementation of effective internal budget tracking and reporting systems.
  • Monitor cash flow and provide timely financial insights to inform business decisions.
  • Maintain the CBMS system, troubleshoot technical issues, and implement process improvements.
  • Liaise with stakeholders to understand financial needs and develop solutions that meet their requirements.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Experience with external budgeting and financial planning.
  • Familiarity with Expense8 (travel and expense management system) or similar platforms.
