Laboratory Operations Manager

Job Description:Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations of the laboratory, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.
- Manage and maintain complex scientific equipment, including performing routine maintenance, calibration, and troubleshooting.
- Develop and implement quality control procedures to ensure accurate and reliable results.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives and improve laboratory performance.
- Provide training and guidance to laboratory staff on safety protocols, equipment operation, and quality control procedures.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as engineering or science.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in laboratory management, with a focus on quality control and assurance.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions to drive continuous improvement.
