Business Finance Professional

We are seeking a skilled and experienced finance professional to join our team as a Business Partner.
This role will provide high-level financial support and business direction to clinical and non-clinical portfolios.
The successful candidate will be part of a dynamic and supportive team, reporting directly to the Finance Director.
Duties and Responsibilities- Partner with Department Managers to provide comprehensive, efficient, and timely business and financial support.
- Maintain high levels of financial stewardship and ensure financial hygiene.
- Ensure robust financial management, accurate budgeting, forecasting, and high-quality financial reports are delivered and maintained.
- Proactively identify and execute cost or operational efficiencies to ensure continued success and growth.
- A Bachelor's degree or higher in Business, Accounting, or Commerce.
- CPA Australia or CAANZ membership.
- Previous experience and strong working knowledge of the Health industry.
- Advanced financial modelling and data mining skills, including Microsoft Excel and MS Office.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Solid knowledge of budget preparation and management.
- Development, analysis, and presentation of business cases to improve profitability.
- Analysis of budget variances and strategies to implement remedial action.
- Benchmarking skills and knowledge of best practice.
