About this role

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team and lead our fulfilment operations department. You will be responsible for implementing improvements, new processes, technologies, and ways of working to enhance the customer and co-worker experience.

Key responsibilities
  1. Develop and implement strategic plans to improve operational efficiency and effectiveness.
  2. Foster close cooperation and strong communication with key stakeholders to maximize goods availability and customer order fulfillment efficiency.
  3. Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and local legislation related to health, safety & security within the Fulfilment Operations team.
  4. Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing Fulfilment Operations team, cultivating communication, flexibility, and inclusivity.
  5. Demonstrate a commitment to cost-consciousness, effectively managing resources and operational expenses to maximise efficiency and drive profitability in fulfilment operations.
Requirements

To be considered for this role, you will need:

  1. A sound understanding of customer fulfillment performance monitoring and influencing factors.
  2. Proficiency in working methods that ensure operational excellence in Fulfilment Operations, collaborating effectively with stakeholders.
  3. Previous experience demonstrating strong leadership skills and the initiative to coach diverse teams.
  4. An extensive understanding of end-to-end supply chains alongside supply chain methods, policies, and requirements.
  5. Thorough understanding of all relevant standard operating procedures for Customer Fulfillment, prioritising the safety of co-workers and customers.
  6. The passion to lead with integrity and authenticity, championing our values and encouraging your team to embody these principles in their daily work.
  7. The ability to coordinate, liaise and communicate with stakeholders effectively while driving the end-to-end functions within fulfilment operations.

We are looking for someone with a minimum of 3 years' experience in logistics, commercial or supply chain management and a minimum of 2 years' experience managing and leading a team.
