Job Summary:

We are seeking dynamic customer service professionals to fill part-time permanent positions.

As a Server, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences, serving food and beverages to patrons, and maintaining floor cleanliness including table clearing, glass and plate collection.

To succeed in this role, you will have at least 12 months of experience in the same or similar position, an energetic and enthusiastic approach to work, and excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide outstanding customer service to members and guests;
  • Serve food and drinks to patrons;
  • Basic food preparation (including sandwich toasting and plating food);
  • Food and beverage service;
  • Barista and dessert service;
  • Maintain floor cleanliness including table clearing, glass and plate collection;
  • Process transactions through the register and handle cash duties;
  • Perform general cleaning tasks as required.

Requirements:

  • At least 12 months of experience in the same or similar position;
  • An energetic and enthusiastic approach to work;
  • A proven track record of providing exceptional customer service;
  • RSA and RCG Certificates;
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
  • A high standard of personal grooming;
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.

Working Arrangements:

  • Part-time employment;
  • Available to work nights, weekends, and public holidays as required;
  • Flexible and reliable work ethic.
