Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Dining Services Professional to join our team at a leading Global Investment Bank in Sydney CBD.

This role involves providing exceptional food and beverage services across the premises, including providing high-end, professional food and beverage services on the client floor and broader tenancy, when required.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Delivering excellent barista coffee service - skilled in crafting the perfect coffee
  • Responsible for all meeting and event setup, clear and pack down
  • Ensuring that client floor areas are always presentable, whilst reporting anything which requires attention
  • Show initiative and flexibility in taking on other duties with shifting priorities
  • Adherence to legislative procedures including food, alcohol, WHS

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in corporate, hotel or fine dining settings essential
  • Barista and coffee skills - continually training and upskilling
  • Ability to work within a team as well as independently and unsupervised
  • Excellent communication with superior customer service skills
  • Immaculate grooming and personal presentation
  • Adaptable, flexible, can-do attitude with the willingness to work within a high-pressure environment
  • Full time working rights & RSA certified
  • A valid and current national criminal record check will be required as part of the standard recruitment and selection process for this position
