Key Responsibilities- Oversee and manage the day-to-day operations and administration of all projects in Sydney
- Support the development of specific proposals and budgets
- Act as the central contact and project coordinator for internal and external stakeholders
- Ensure delivery of high quality, innovative services
- Work with the team to create an employee and client experience that delivers exceptional value to the client
- Evaluate service delivery to ensure that client needs are being met in a safe and effective way
- Coordination of daily operations across all SIL & SDA houses, Community Access support and Day Program
- 5+ years working in the Disability sector, either residential/respite services/SIL&SDA/Community
- Experience supporting a range of people with a disability with an understanding of their complex needs
- Relevant qualifications in management and disability, health or welfare
- In-depth knowledge of the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS), Specialist Disability Accommodation (SDA) and Supported Independent Living (SIL)
- A NSW driver's license, First Aid Certificate and Police Check (or be willing to apply for one)
- Ability to work flexible hours to suit the needs of the service and the people we support
