About the Role
This permanent full-time role offers a competitive remuneration package, a generous bonus paid out quarterly, free access to our learning platform, and an Employee Assistance Program for you and your family. You will also have the opportunity to work closely with our experienced Sales Manager and Marketing team to drive sales success and contribute to business growth.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain our Salesforce CRM database, ensuring accurate and up-to-date client information.
- Provide administrative support to the Sales Consultant, including preparation of pricing documents and processing signed contracts.
- Collaborate with the Marketing team on onsite marketing initiatives and events as needed.
- Analyse local competitor activity and contribute to business growth during monthly PCG meetings.
- Maintain high standards of sales centre presentation at all times.
- Contribute to continuous improvement projects to enhance operational efficiency and deliver results.

Requirements
- Proven experience in sales administration and/or customer service roles.
- Current NSW Real Estate Sales Certificate is mandatory.
- Strong customer service skills and a drive for results are essential.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills are crucial for this position.
- Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM databases is desirable but not essential.
- Superior planning, organisational, and problem-solving skills are necessary for success in this role.
- Advanced MS Office skills are required.
