**Alcohol and Other Drugs Clinician Role Overview**

Our organisation seeks a highly skilled clinician to work in the Alcohol and Other Drugs (AOD) sector, specifically within our Family Focus team.

The role involves conducting comprehensive clinical assessments of adults and developing individualised treatment plans. This will include providing therapeutic AOD counselling utilising evidence-based approaches and a Dual Diagnosis framework.

Effective case management and care coordination for clients with complex needs are also core aspects of this position. The ideal candidate will possess tertiary qualifications in AOD or a related field, or equivalent experience working in the AOD sector.

Key attributes of the successful candidate will include a strong understanding of harm minimisation principles and an ability to work sensitively with culturally diverse clients.

Responsibilities:
