Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled AOD Clinician to join our multidisciplinary team. The successful candidate will work collaboratively with clinicians and non-clinical staff to provide comprehensive care to individuals with complex needs.

About the Role

  • The AOD Clinician will conduct holistic assessments of clients' needs, develop and implement treatment plans, and monitor client progress.
  • The role involves working closely with the HOPE team to ensure comprehensive care for clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with clients, families, and other stakeholders.
  • Contribute to the development of policies and procedures that promote best practice in AOD care.

Requirements

  • Qualifications and relevant registrations in Nursing, OT, Social Work, or Psychology.
  • Capacity to work independently and within a team.
  • Friendly and professional attitude.
  • Excellent engagement, relationship, and therapeutic skills.
  • Resilience and strong work ethics.
