Sydney Beverage Operations Director

We are seeking a talented Bar Manager to join our team and contribute to the success of our upscale venue in Sydney.
- Main Responsibilities:
- • Oversee daily bar operations, ensuring efficient service delivery.
- • Lead and motivate a team of bartenders, barbacks, and other bar staff to create a positive work environment.
- • Develop and maintain an extensive cocktail menu using creativity and knowledge of current trends.
- • Create and implement promotional activities to attract and retain customers.
- • Manage inventory, ordering, and stock control to minimize waste and maximize profitability.
- • Maintain high standards of cleanliness, organization, and adherence to safety and health regulations.
- • Train and mentor staff members to ensure consistent customer service and beverage preparation excellence.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Leadership skills: Ability to motivate and inspire a diverse team.
- Organizational skills: Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities, with attention to detail.
