About the Role:

This is a varied role that requires a strong commitment to delivering excellent customer service, working efficiently in a fast-paced environment, and being proactive in engaging with customers to identify their needs. You will be responsible for maintaining a high level of product knowledge, staying up-to-date on new releases, and effectively communicating this to customers.

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be able to work independently and as part of a team, and have a keen eye for detail. Key Requirements:

  • Ability to work flexibly, including evenings and weekends
  • Strong product knowledge and ability to learn new products quickly
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Physical ability to lift moderate to heavy loads (up to 17kg)
