**Merchandising Representative Opportunity**

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Merchandising Representative. As a key member of our retail marketing division, you will play a vital role in driving sales growth for our clients through merchandising, sales teams, brand promoters, store trainers, mystery shopping, and auditing.

This is a casual position with approximately 15 hours per week, requiring Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday as essential days. You will have the opportunity to start immediately and enjoy a competitive pay rate of $28.88/hour, plus 0.91 cents per KM travelled from store-to-store.

We provide comprehensive online induction and ongoing training programs, ensuring you have the skills and knowledge required to excel in this role. Your duties will include:

  • Placing stock on shelves according to a plan (Planogram)
  • Removing point-of-sale displays and implementing new displays
  • Visiting multiple stores per day
  • Developing strong working relationships with store managers
  • Negotiating for extra space with store managers
  • Checking stock levels and reporting accurate data upon completion of tasks

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • A great attitude and positive mindset
  • Great communication skills to build strong working relationships with store personnel
  • Previous retail or merchandising experience
  • A valid driver's license and access to a reliable car
  • The ability to receive Point of Sale items to your home address
  • The ability to report work via apps on an iPad supplied by us
  • Committed to working autonomously in a casual position
  • Physically fit to complete work autonomously, including repetitive tasks such as lifting and reaching
