Property and Administration Officer

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Administrative Property Manager to join our team at Glenorchy City Council. As a key member of our Property Team, you will be responsible for managing information, providing administrative support, and playing a crucial role in the management of our property assets.
Key Responsibilities- Manage and maintain accurate records and databases related to Council's property assets.
- Provide administrative support to the Property Team, including responding to queries and requests from stakeholders.
- Assist in the development and implementation of policies and procedures related to property management.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure effective communication and coordination.
- Perform other related duties as required.
- Relevant experience and/or qualifications in administration, property management, or a related field.
- High level skills in the use of Microsoft Office applications and electronic record keeping systems.
- Excellent organisational, administration, and time management skills, with the ability to meet deadlines and stakeholder expectations.
- Current Drivers Licence (or ability to obtain one).
- Working With Vulnerable Persons Card (WWVP) (or ability to obtain one).
- 15% superannuation (OTE).
- 9 day fortnight (RDO) with full time positions.
