About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Administrative Property Manager to join our team at Glenorchy City Council. As a key member of our Property Team, you will be responsible for managing information, providing administrative support, and playing a crucial role in the management of our property assets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and maintain accurate records and databases related to Council's property assets.
  • Provide administrative support to the Property Team, including responding to queries and requests from stakeholders.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of policies and procedures related to property management.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure effective communication and coordination.
  • Perform other related duties as required.
Requirements
  • Relevant experience and/or qualifications in administration, property management, or a related field.
  • High level skills in the use of Microsoft Office applications and electronic record keeping systems.
  • Excellent organisational, administration, and time management skills, with the ability to meet deadlines and stakeholder expectations.
  • Current Drivers Licence (or ability to obtain one).
  • Working With Vulnerable Persons Card (WWVP) (or ability to obtain one).
