Admin/planner

In this role, based in our Glenorchy Branch, you will be a key point of contact for both customers and glaziers for both Hobart and Launceston, completing administrative tasks and assisting our team to plan and facilitate glazing jobs.

This position is office based and there is unfortunately no WFH flexibility as this point in time. The position is replacing a Full time team member but we are willing to consider a permanent part time option.

**About the Role**:

- Coordinate glazing resources in a timely and efficient manner, including all administrative tasks, answering phones, handling customer enquiries and Planning/scheduling
- High attention to detail required
- Fast Paced Team environment
- KPI driven

**About You**:

- Flexibility to work set hours Monday - Friday
- Ability to manage customer expectations
- Ability to provide written quotes and be computer savvy
- Adaptability to ongoing changing work priorities
- Simpro or planning system experience is an advantage
- Any scheduling, planning or rostering experience in any industry would be advantageous but is not essential.
- Any experience in the glass industry would be highly regarded.
