Protein Packing Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Factory Worker to join our team in Western Australia.

The successful candidate will have experience in high-volume food manufacturing and processing.

The Role:

You will be responsible for working on our factory floor, packing stock and assisting in the manufacturing of various proteins. Your duties will include:

  • Packing cooked proteins
  • Preparing and portioning fresh and cooked poultry and proteins
  • Maintaining and cleaning equipment and facilities
  • Lifting and handling up to 25kgs of ingredients and equipment
  • Ensuring compliance with food safety and HACCP principles

Essential Skills and Experience:

We are looking for someone with:

  • Previous experience in high-volume food manufacturing and processing (preferred)
  • Familiarity with HACCP Principles
  • Physical fitness to lift up to 25kg
  • Excellent organisational, planning and problem-solving skills
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
