As a member of our food production team, you will play a vital role in creating healthy meals for Australians. Our goal is to make eating well easy and convenient for everyone.

Our factory in Eastern Creek is a world-class facility where we produce high-quality meals. We are looking for individuals with various skills to join our team and contribute to our mission of creating a healthier Australia.

The ideal candidate will have experience working in a fast-paced environment and be able to work under pressure. You should also have knowledge of handling food products appropriately and within strict hygiene standards.

In this role, you will be responsible for tasks such as cutting meat and vegetable ingredients, measuring, mixing, and preparing food for various cooking methods. You must be comfortable working in a cold factory environment and be willing to perform repetitive tasks.

All positions are Ongoing Casual with a regular standard roster every week of up to 40 hours or more. No part-time shifts are available. You will be required to work in a cold factory environment (4-8 degrees Celsius) and be prepared to perform repetitive, physical, and fast-paced tasks.

Some information about you:

  • Have the ability to work under pressure in a high volume, fast-paced environment.
  • Enjoy doing repetitive work and like to know what your work is every day.
  • Able to work in a cold environment - our factory is set to 8 degrees Celsius.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Have your own transport - some of our shifts start or finish when there is no public transport available.
