Job Description

As a Heavy Duty Mechanic, you will be responsible for providing diagnostic support to CAT machinery and ensuring that all repairs, preventative maintenance, and inspections meet Caterpillar standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Diagnose and repair CAT machinery
  • Perform preventative maintenance and inspections
  • Work with the Field Service Supervisor to ensure timely delivery of services
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Certificate III in Mobile Plant Technology or equivalent
  • Familiarity with Caterpillar Equipment
  • OEM experience is highly desirable
  • Excellent diagnostic and repair skills
  • Ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders to ensure deliveries are made on time and to customer standard
