Clinical Specialist Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Clinical Specialist to join our team. As a Clinical Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical information and advice to surgeons and/or scout nurses on cardiac device implant.

Your key responsibilities will include imparting product education, training, and device troubleshooting while doing the surgery. You will also be required to provide clinical support including patient education, device programming, patient follow-up, and in-service training for clinical programs.

Key Requirements
  • A strong understanding of patient experience, empathy, and ability to work directly with cardiac patients.
  • Great attention to detail and flexibility, adaptability, and excitement to work in an environment where every day will be different.
  • Experience with Cardiac Rhythm management devices is a must, as well as the ability to read ECG and understand how a pacemaker works.
