We are seeking a skilled Trade Trainer to join our team at LaSalle Catholic College Bankstown.

Estimated Salary Package

The successful candidate can expect an estimated salary package of up to $118,336 per annum, including a base salary ranging from $85,000 to $106,131, plus additional benefits such as salary packaging of up to $15,900 annually.

About the Role

This is a part-time, temporary position that requires a dynamic educator with experience in training and mentoring young people in an employment or educational environment. The ideal candidate will have a valid plumbing license and be able to deliver high-quality, personalized training specific to the qualification.

Key Responsibilities
  • To assist the Principal and Head of Trade Training in meeting the educational, workplace training, and pastoral needs and requirements of the students.
  • To deliver high-quality, personalized student learning experiences via both face-to-face and/or online learning.
  • To support and mentor a group of vocationally focused students.
Requirements
  • Certificate III or above in Plumbing (essential)
  • Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (or be prepared to obtain)
  • Current Working with Children Check, or ability to obtain one
