We are looking for experienced Air-Conditioning & Refrigeration Trainer to try something new and be a part of their growing team. **About Your role**:
Due to continuing growth in their student numbers, their college is looking for part-time trainer in our Bankstown, Sydney campus. To be a successful trainer, you will need to have an in-depth knowledge of the electrical industry and a passion for mentioning and passing on your knowledge to the next generations. If you don’t have previous teaching experience, they will provide you the training and pay for relevant courses for you to become a trainer and assessor in the industry.

**Your duties and responsibilities**:

- Leading engaging training sessions, sharing your practical knowledge and hand on experience.
- Working with other stakeholders to implement effective and holistic programs, ensuring successful student outcomes.
- Deliver both theory and practical workshop training.
- Conduct relevant tutorial classes, exams and assessments.
- Supervise students and provide support as required.
- Identify training needs and develop training programs as required.
- Using relevant information including student and industry feedback to inform improvements to delivery and assessment strategies.

**Qualification and Requirements**:

- Individuals with a (minimum) Certificate III trade qualification in, "Air Conditioning and Refrigeration"
- Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40116) or its equivalent - OR willingness willing to obtain if you do not have previous teaching background.
- You should possess in-depth knowledge and understanding of AC/R industry principles, standards and the AC/R industry industry.
- Good written and verbal communication skills - Passionate about teaching the next generation of students and making them competent.

**Job Type**: Part-time

**Salary**: $70.00 - $100.00 per hour
