The Role

In this strategic Customer Success role, you'll partner with compliance and legal teams at major financial institutions to transform their risk management processes. You'll gather deep insights to drive our product evolution, combining technical platform knowledge with strategic consulting and regulatory expertise.

Impact You'll Make
  • Partner with clients to optimize compliance processes
  • Develop a deep understanding of clients' unique risk positions and regulatory needs
  • Translate complex compliance requirements into platform configurations
  • Drive platform adoption and identify new use case opportunities
  • Provide strategic guidance on compliance automation best practices
  • Gather and synthesize client feedback to inform product development
  • Build relationships with legal and compliance stakeholders
  • Create and maintain client success frameworks and methodologies
Key Requirements
  • Strong understanding of regulatory compliance and risk management
  • Experience working with enterprise clients in regulated industries
  • Track record of managing complex technical implementations
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to understand and translate technical concepts for diverse audiences
  • Experience gathering and documenting business requirements
  • Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving abilities
